Bere LLC specializes in unique apparel and lifestyle products featuring original, and STEM-inspired artwork.

Availability

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. All sales, returns, and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display accurate colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color is accurate.

Modifications

We reserve the right—but are not obligated—to limit the sale of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your contact and billing details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Many of our products—including print-on-demand (POD) items—require processing time before shipment. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include production time.

Third-Party Logistics

We use trusted third-party manufacturing and shipping partners to fulfill and deliver orders. By placing an order, you consent to your shipping details being shared with these partners for fulfillment purposes only.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Bere LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, original artwork, slogan-based designs, STEM-related illustrations, and branding—are the exclusive property of Bere LLC.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
