Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

  • Production Time: Our products are printed-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order ships.
  • Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

We offer flat-rate and tiered shipping for all orders within the Continental U.S.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–8 business days.
  • Free Shipping Promotion: We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible apparel and accessory orders when the order subtotal meets our current promotional threshold.
    • The active free shipping threshold is clearly displayed on applicable product pages, in the site header, and validated at checkout.
    • Free shipping promotions may change without notice and are applied based on the terms displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Certain items (such as heavy home goods) are assigned to custom shipping profiles and may be excluded from general free shipping promotions.
  • Final Quote: Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (If Available)

  • Standard International Delivery: 10–20 business days.
  • Tracking Disclosure: Tracking availability for international shipments may vary after the package leaves the United States, depending on the carrier and destination country.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.

4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple product types (e.g., a T-shirt and a Mug) may arrive in separate packages from different facilities. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

5. DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@berelife.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. Many carriers mark items as delivered prematurely.
