Refund policy
1. RETURN WINDOW
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. RETURN METHOD & CONDITION
All returns must be initiated via your online account, order confirmation email or writing to us at orders@berelife.com and sent by mail. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.
3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
We believe in transparent pricing for our customers. Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
Defective or Incorrect Items (No Cost): If your item arrives damaged, defective (printing issues, material defects), or if we sent the wrong item, Bere covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to download and print.
Note on Product Resolution: In specific cases of severe damage or printing errors, we may offer a "Returnless Resolution" where we provide a full refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the item back. Our support team will confirm if your case is eligible for this after reviewing your photos.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Customer Responsibility): For returns based on size issues, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may purchase a shipping label through our Return Portal at our discounted carrier rates, or use a carrier of your choice.
4. RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge any restocking fees for any returned items.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is delivered to our facility, it will be inspected within 2 business days. After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
• Unauthorized returns
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Items not in original condition (unless defective)
