Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, fair, and fast, regardless of which products you purchase from us.

ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
A. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with defects, printing issues, incorrect graphics, damage, or is materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right.
Photos of the issue are required so our team can verify the problem and provide the fastest resolution.
B. Wrong Item Received
If we sent an item different from what you ordered, we will replace or refund it promptly.
C. Size Issues / Customer Preference
If you ordered the wrong size, or if the fit or style isn’t quite right, you may request:
- A size exchange for eligible items
- A return for refund (customer-initiated)
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
A. We Cover Return Shipping When:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- The size printed on the garment is incorrect or mislabeled
In some cases of severe defects, we may instruct you to safely discard the item instead of returning it.
B. Customer Pays Return Shipping When:
- The wrong size was ordered.
- You changed your mind.
- The item didn’t fit as expected.
- The item is being returned for preference-based reasons
EXCHANGES
A. Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for eligible apparel items.
How it works:
- Submit a return request via your account or sending an email at orders@berelife.com
- Ship the item back using the return label provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will send the new size.
Return shipping for size exchanges is customer-initiated unless the product was mislabeled.
B. Defective Items
Exchanges for defective items are always free.
You may be instructed to discard severely damaged items that cannot be reshipped.
MIXED ORDERS
If your order contains multiple items, each item will be evaluated individually based on:
- Condition
- Return reason
- Eligibility
We will guide you through the correct steps for each item through our Return Portal, online account, ensuring the entire process remains simple and unified.

This address handles all inspection, exchanges, and refund evaluations.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once:
- Returned items are received and inspected, OR
- A verified defect report is approved
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after approval.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Unauthorized returns
- Items not in original condition (unless defective)

- Clear photos for defective item reports
