Order Processing
Shipping costs and delivery timelines depend on:
- The items in your order
- Your delivery address
- Carrier availability
- Any active shipping promotions
Your exact shipping cost and delivery estimate will always be shown at checkout, based on what’s in your cart and where you’re shipping.
Most U.S. orders typically arrive within about a week once shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over cart threshold for all eligible items. This typically includes our full range of Apparel and accessories. The cart threshold would be displayed on individual product pages and is typically $49 for most items.
- Mix and Match: You can combine any eligible products to reach the cart threshold.
- Real-Time Tracking: Your cart will automatically update to show how close you are to qualifying for free shipping as you shop.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Please note that certain items are excluded from the free shipping promotion due to their unique packaging and weight.
- Separate Shipments: These items ship separately from our apparel and mugs.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping rates for excluded items are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
- Mixed Carts: If your cart contains a mix of eligible and excluded items, free shipping will apply only to the eligible portion of your order once the threshold is met.
Delivery Timelines - Continental U.S
Most orders are processed and shipped within a standard window to ensure quality.
- Standard Delivery: Our current estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days for most U.S. addresses.
- Production Time: Please note that because our items are printed to order, this timeline includes both the production of your item and the transit time to your door.
- Business Days: Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Mixed Orders & Multiple Shipments
A. Size Exchanges
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship items from different facilities.
- Separate Packaging: Because our products are produced at specialized facilities, they often ship in separate packages.
- Multiple Tracking Numbers: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a Water Bottle), you may receive more than one tracking number.
- Shipping Charges on Mixed Carts: In a mixed cart, free shipping will apply only to the eligible portion of your order once it exceeds the cart threshold. Any excluded item will still incur their specific calculated shipping rate.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight of the items, the shipping method selected, and the destination country.
- Promotion Exclusions: Please note that our Free Shipping promotion is currently limited to domestic orders within the United States.
- Calculated Costs: International shipping charges do not include insurance or tracking once the package leaves the U.S. border unless a premium shipping method is selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
International delivery times are significantly longer than our domestic 5-8 business day window due to transit distances and customs processing.
- Standard International: 10–20 business days.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to certain regions may take up to 30 business days.
- Customs Delays: BERE is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
When ordering from BERE, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
- Import Charges: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your borders.
- Recipient Responsibility: Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; BERE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Policy Awareness: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Multiple Shipments
As with our domestic orders, international orders containing multiple product types (e.g., Apparel and Water Bottles) may ship from different facilities.
- Split Parcels: Your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated for the entire order but cover the cost of all necessary individual shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
To track your order:
- Check your email for shipping confirmation
- Click the tracking link
- Or login to to you Bere account portal.
Don't see a shipping confirmation?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait 24-48 hours after order (processing time)
- Contact us at orders@berelife.com with your order number
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Wait 48 hours - Sometimes carriers mark packages as "delivered" before final drop-off
- Check with neighbors - Package may have been left with a neighbor
- Contact your local post office - They may be holding your package
- Check around your property - Sometimes drivers leave packages in safe locations
After 48 hours, if still not received: Contact us at orders@berelife.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Do not discard the damaged items or packaging
- Contact us immediately at orders@berelife.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of damage
- Description of the issue
We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipment:
Contact us immediately at contact@berelife.com if you need to:
- Cancel your order
- Change your shipping address
- Modify items in your order
We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order enters production, we may not be able to modify it.
After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You may:
- Refuse delivery (package will return to us)
- Accept delivery and initiate a return (return shipping at your expense for remorse returns)
